COVID-19 UPDATE

 

During the Covide-19 pandemic, Scott’s Coach Works will be making a few changes.

Hours of operation will be as follows:
a. Monday – Friday from 7:30 – 5:30pm
b. Saturday and Sundays we will be closed

Please call ahead for estimates. We will schedule estimates M-F. between 8am-4pm

We are asking our customers to follow these directions:

Once you arrive to Scott’s Coach works, please call the main number 620-277-8254, and let us know you have arrived. An estimator or Customer Service Rep will meet them at your car. PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR. We will fill out any necessary paperwork with your assistance. This will eliminate paper transactions and handling or any pens. Our employees will be wearing mask and gloves and would appreciate you do as well. Once the estimate is prepared, we will discuss your options by either dropping off the car or getting you scheduled.

If you are using an insurance company, please have them provide you with their estimate before coming to Scott’s Coach Works. We work off of their estimate. You don’t need to shop around, stay safe. Most insurance companies will ask you to send them photos. This is the safest and fasted way to obtain your estimate. You can request them to email it to us info@scwinc.net, We will handle the rest.

We are limiting the front office/lobby to 1 customer at a time. We have provided chairs out front you may sit in.

Picking up your vehicle. Same rules apply.

a. They will discuss your payment options before you arrive to the shop. We have a “pay here” tab located on our website , www.scottscoachworks.com
b. They will pull your vehicle up to the front parking lot for you to drive home.
c. Our lot attendants will wipe your steering wheel, door handle, dash , shifters, driver seat and keys, once they are out of the car with alcohol wipes, for your safety.
d. We highly encourage you pay online. Eliminate the one on one contact in the lobby and with the credit card machine. This can be done prior to picking up/delivery of the car or from your mobile phone in the parking lot. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED !!
e. We are more than happy to help arrange pick up or delivery from your home or office. As stated, we will wipe the vehicle down with alcohol wipes before you take possession.
f. We can and will email all final invoices and credit card receipts.
